   Dr. Michael L. Hayes, optometrist, and staff provide comprehensive, professional eye care to patients in Benton, Kentucky and the surrounding Western Ky areas. This website is provided as a convenience to current patients and as a source of information to prospective patients. Please make yourself at home. Our normal office hours are Tuesday thru Saturday 9:00 to 5:30 p.m. For appointments or other questions our office can be contacted at (270)527-9983. Many types of insurances are accepted, including Anthem, Humana, Medicare, and Medicaid just to name a few.
